DAW Sync and Automatic Re-metering

Whether you use Pro Tools, Ableton, Logic, Cubase, Premiere Pro (or most other DAWs for that matter), Bute will synchronise with it and lock to the timeline. When you make any alterations to your audio in your DAW, Bute automatically updates overall metering values and graphs on playback.

Built-in Presets

By boasting the most comprehensive and expansive range of industry presets, Bute Loudness Analyser ensures that you can tune your productions to the needs of your clients with minimal effort.

Compliant with ITU-R BS.1770-1, ITU-R BS.1770-2, ITU-R BS.1770-3, EBU R128 standards, Spotify, YouTube, Apple Check, Hulu, Netflix, TIDAL, Sony Gaming (ASWG), AES Streaming Recommendation, US Public Radio (PRSS), TIDAL and Pandora. You can also save your own presets.

History Overview & Alerts

The detailed history overview gives users complete oversight and insight of your session. Additionally, areas of your audio that need your attention at a glance will be shown in red. You can use the interactive history overview to easily navigate and zoom into these areas that require your attention. Handling a long session? No problem! 

Custom Warning System for Dynamic Work

If you are working within a dynamic range, you can specify your desired range parameters in the "custom warning system" section of the settings menu. Parts of your audio that go outwith the specified range will appear in yellow on the history overview. This will leave you much more time to get creative and apply your craft.

Easily Toggle Between Short-term & Momentary Loudness, True Peak and RMS

You can toggle between relative and absolute loudness, short-term and momentary loudness, true-peak, and traditional RMS readings at the click of a button. The same goes for switching between integrated and relative loudness.

Flexible Interface

Our plug-in is completely scalable giving you the flexibility to adjust and integrate the it into your current workflow and save valuable screen space. Bute also updates in real-time for changes in visual settings.

Save, Reload and Export Metering Data

If you need to close and reopen a session or need to save multiple sessions for different platforms, you can. Bute will reload metering data from previous sessions. You can also export metering data to prove compliance with loudness standards.
